Dr. Helen Huff:

Dr. Helen Huff is an Associate Professor in the Theatre and Speech Department at the Borough of Manhattan campus of the City University of New York. She is writing a book on Twelfth Night Club, Inc,  and has recently presented a paper on a benefit performance by the Club in 1890 for Marie Nevins Blaine at the Society for Women in the Americas Conference in London, March 2012.She will be presenting another paper on one-woman shows by Club members at the August 2012 Association of Theatre in Higher Education conference. Dr. Huff published an article on the Club archive in Broadside, the journal of the Theatre Library Association, and has an article on playwright Naomi Wallace in the 15th volume (2011) of the online journal, Revista de Estudios Norteamericanos. She has published in Theatre History Studies, Theatre Symposium, Western European Stages, and The Companion to American Drama. She continues to professionally direct and perform in New York City.
